Our Relaxation/Meditation sessions take place in our therapy room on:

  • Monday 10am-11am
  • Thursday 1.30pm-2.30pm
  • Friday 10am-11am 

Exploring relaxation can help you look after yourself when you’re feeling stressed or worried.  Our guided meditation is beneficial to people with a wide range of needs and aims to give members appropriate information and skills, to allow them to improve breathing techniques and allow people to escape any tension or stress they may be feeling.
