Relaxation/Meditation

Our Relaxation/Meditation session currently takes place in in a private room at our Dollar Park building.

  • Thursday 12pm-1pm 

Exploring relaxation can help you look after yourself when you’re feeling stressed or worried.  Our guided meditation is beneficial to people with a wide range of needs and aims to give members appropriate information and skills, to allow them to improve breathing techniques and allow people to escape any tension or stress they may be feeling. 

If you are interested in getting involved please speak with your key worker as we are looking to add more sessions due to popular demand.
