Our Garden Group is currently based in the grounds of the service building and it is a great way to connect with others and help see an ongoing improvement in this area.
The Garden Group could help in the following way:
- Less stress: ‘green exercise’ like gardening can help reduce anxiety levels and improve mental wellbeing
- Get moving: gardening is a great form of aerobic exercise and could help boost your strength, stamina and flexibility
- An opportunity to socialise with others in a risk assessed environment
